Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information where available.

Shipping
We offer Fast Free Shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required. Delivery times can vary based on your location and are not guaranteed, on average 7-14 days, though we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control — including customs processing, carrier delays, or high order volume — may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if a significant delay occurs.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us right away through our Contact page and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.
